The Providence Journal (registration required) is reporting that overexposed New York blowhard Donald Trump is now an official lobbyist in Rhode Island after one of his underlings paid the $5 registration fee.The Narragansett tribe's casino issue is still up in the air, and The Donald will be damned if he sees his interests unrepresented. Good for him, I guess?
